Hampson Auctions aims to provide professional auctioneering and training services to a high standard.

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for bookings and services.

Auction Bookings

Auction bookings secure a specific time allocation for the auctioneer.

Once an auction time has been booked and confirmed, the booking remains payable in full if the property sells prior to auction or is withdrawn from the market, as the auctioneer is unable to reallocate that time slot to another campaign.

Any changes to bookings should be communicated as early as possible.

Auction Training

​

Where auction training or workshops are offered:

• Refunds may be available if cancellation occurs within the specified cancellation period.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds due to limited training spaces.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
